IMAK Warranty & Product Warranty Information

IMAK Products Corporation warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects under normal use for one year from the date of the original purchase.

IMAK will replace a defective product covered by this warranty. Please retain the original dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty return. No shipping costs are covered under warranty replacement.

In order to keep this warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying the product. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

Replacement, as provided under this warranty, is the exclusive remedy offered.

For warranty returns, please call 619-291-9990 to obtain a Return Authorization.

IMAK Comfort Guarantee

Your comfort is most important to us.

Your comfort with our products is so important to us that we guarantee them up to 1 year after the purchase date. If you do not find the IMAK product you purchased comfortable for its intended purpose, please return it to the store where you purchased it. If for some reason that store does not accept the return, please email our Customercare@imakproducts.com.

You may request to exchange the product for another product of similar value or a refund of the purchase price. To exchange the product, simply return the product to us upon receipt of a Return Authorization and we will ship you the replacement product. If you would like a refund, please return the product along with the receipt.
