Warranty & Product Warranty Information

Brown Medical Industries warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects under normal use for one year from the date of the original purchase.

Brown Medical Industries will replace a defective product covered by this warranty. Please retain the original dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty return. No shipping costs are covered under warranty replacement.

In order to keep this warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying the product. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

Replacement, as provided under this warranty, is the exclusive remedy offered.

For warranty returns, please call 712-336-4395 to obtain a Return Authorization.

IMAK Products Comfort Guarantee

Your comfort with our products is so important to us that we guarantee them up to 1 year after the purchase date. If you do not find the IMAK product you purchased comfortable for its intended purpose, please return it to the store where you purchased it. If for some reason that store does not accept the return, please email info@brownmed.com.

You may request an exchange of the product for another of similar value. Once you have obtained a Return Authorization from us, simply return the product for an exchange.
